Portfolio Equity is the foundation. pruve holds direct stakes in technology companies that operate under their own management. When a portfolio company reaches cash flow maturity, dividends flow back into the holding — financing the next investment. No fund duration, no exit pressure. Value is created by holding, not by selling.
Business Development services are the second pillar. pruve offers a deliberately narrow catalogue of BD and consulting services for external clients — Diagnostic Sessions, Fractional BD Retainer, Team Due Diligence. These generate recurring, predictable cash flow while the portfolio matures. Capacity is limited: services never displace investment work.
Profit participation rights holders participate in the profits of pruve — and thus in both streams.
The "pruvable" principle
Every company in the pruve portfolio meets a single, non-negotiable condition:
its core promise must be measurable.
