pruve is a venture studio from Munich. We hold stakes in technology companies and support them through targeted business development. Each of these must meet a standard: the result must be measurable.

pruve inverts that. Capital goes into the founder, not a single idea — which means exposure to every portfolio company that follows.
pruve GmbH is the vehicle of founder Benjamin Bommhardt. It holds equity stakes in technology companies and provides capital and operational support through arm's-length service agreements.
Each portfolio company operates independently under its own management structure. We do not optimise for exits — we optimise for cash flow and sustainable value growth. Services generate short-term liquidity, while portfolio stakes generate long-term dividends.

The "pruvable" standard
Measurable results instead of assumptions
For example, Zearchi:A client starts a CTR optimisation campaign to improve their keyword ranking.
At the start of the campaign, the current position is recorded – after the end of the campaign, it is measured again. The delta is the proof: no promise, no estimate, but a documented result.
We call this "pruvable" – and this is the standard for every company in our portfolio.
